The meaning that adults have in biology means an animal with the capacity to reproduce. In the realm of human beings, adult refers to social and legal concepts. Contrary to those who are who is not considered to be an adult or "minor" an legal adult has reached majority which makes them independent as well as responsible and competent. They are also known as "majors" and "majors", they may also be thought to be at the age of adulthood. It is generally accepted that the threshold at which an individual becomes a legal adult is 18. As we enter our early adulthood, our physical abilities are at their peak which includes muscle strength, reaction time, sensory abilities, and the functioning of our heart.
